Battles and Campaigns: Northern France, He spent 8 months abroad.
Decorations and Citations: Purple Heart, EAME Ribbon with Battle
Star (that's how it is spelled on the copy but I wonder if it is
a typeo and it should be FAME could be and abbreviation since its
all capitols too) American Theater Ribbon World War II, and the
Victory Medal
Dad didn't like to talk about the war much said he saw too much.
I know he lost his ring finger and his middle finger on his left
hand was crooked but I don't know what other injuries he
sustained. Rose
