Wednesday, June 4, 1947 Deborah Kellums Turner, 76, of Middlesboro, died at her home yesterday. She was born Jan, 31, 1871 in Bell County. She is survived by her husband C. G. Turner of Middlesboro; one daughter, Mrs. Clyde Taylor of Colmar; one son, Clifford Turner of Trenton, Mich.; nine grandchildren; Wallace, Paul Lester, Yvonne and Patricia Turner; Hargus and Sylvia Taylor, Mrs. Evelyn Simmonsand Mrs. Jean Dalton; three sisters, Mrs. Martha Peace, Mrs. Mag King and Mrs. Charity Baker. The body will be taken to the Turner home at Colmar at 1 p.m. today. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Turner Cemetery with the Rev. C.M. Brooks and Rev. Cordell Partin offiiciating. Burial will be in the Turner Cemetery, Cawood Funeral Home is in charge. |
