1.  Helen TINSLEY, daughter of Will PRICHET and Unknown, was born on 15 Dec 1842 in VA. and died on 21 Jan 1929 in Caldwell County , KY. at age 86.

Helen married John Robert EMERSON, son of Unknown and Isabella JARRETTE, about 1861 in Caldwell County, KY. John was born about 1830 in Caldwell County , KY.

 

Note: George G.  Emerson Tinsley and John Robert Emerson were half brothers, George G.

Emerson changed his sir name to Tinsley between 1866 and 1870, and I do not know

why, on his Dec. of Marriage, his  name is Emerson.

 

Cassander Hughes Cantrell Morse and Julia A. Boyd Cantrell Calvert Hughes, were half sisters.

Cassander Married Green Calvert, and had five (5) kids (See Descendants of Green Clavert)

George married Julia and had twelve (12) of kids.

 

 After slavery Helen Tinsley Emerson Easley Married Danbridge (dan) Easley and had

 many kids, the census states (13) kids I have names of eight (8)

John did not marry Helen Tinsley but had a son Robert Henry Emerson, my grand father, in 1861 during slavery.

John Robert Emerson ran away in 1864.
