The following is taken from Cemeteries in Sumner County, Kansas by Harvey and Ruth Swan (1983).

"Indian Cemetery, Dixon Twnsp. or possibly in eastern edge of Harper Co., as the location was given only as being about 3 miles Northwest of Argonia.

Perhaps 100 Indians are lying with their head to the top of the hill, waiting for the Judgement Day!"

This could just be oral tradition.  Does anybody have any evidence to support this? Does anybody know exactly where this could be?  Does anybody know when/why they were buried?  Contact the SCHGS
