LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF DR. FREDERIC VOGL
State of Kansas, Geary County

Know all men by these presents that I, Frederic Vogl, of the County and State aforesaid, being of mature years and disposing mind, and realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, do hereby make, publish and declare this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills by me made, published and declared.

First: It is my will that my body be respectfully buried and that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be paid.

Second: I hereby will and bequeath unto my beloved nephew, Frank Parker Vogl [of Boston, Mass.] , my flute and all written music appropriate for such instrument.

Third: I hereby will and bequeath unto Edella D. Concannon all my property, both real and personal of whatsoever nature or kind, and wheresoever situated, of which I may die possessed and which is not herein otherwise disposed of.

Fourth: I hereby appoint the said Edella D. Concannon as sole executrix of this, my last will and testament, and I hereby direct that she not be required to give bond, as such executrix as should otherwise be required.

In witness whereof, I have, the 18th day of February, 1899, signed, published and declared, this, my last will and testament.
