            MRS. HENRY SIMPSON

When William McDowell moved to Logan township and it became known there was a young lady at the home it caused all the marriageable men in the community to get interested for at that time there was a lot of men who were heartily tired of their isolation and were anxious to get acquainted with marriageable women. Mr. Simpson was the fortunate man who won Miss McDowell's affections and they have had a very pleasant home. Mr. Simpson recently built one of the finest farm residences in that part of the county. They have three children, two boys and a girl.
