Daniel B. Huddle

                 DANIEL B. HUDDLE

Among the old soldier boys who drifted into this country was Mr. Huddle who came in 1880. He has always been a reading man and was one of the earliest men to subscribe for the HERALD and has been one of its most constant patrons. The old gentleman is a red hot republican and says some of the stuff printed in the HERALD is just a little "salty" but taken altogether he has stood it pretty well for thirty years and says he will try to stand as a long as he lives.
