LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF SARAH MALCOLM

I, Sarah Malcolm, of this time a resident of Oak Hill, Clay County, Kansas, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

First: I direct that all my just debts including funeral expenses be first paid by my executors.

Second: I direct that all my property, both real and personal of which I may die possessed of, shall be converted into money and paid to my children as hereinafter directed.

Third: I give and bequeath to my son, John Malcolm, the sum of $1,400 to be paid to him first, and to be in addition to the portion which I give and bequeath to him in the next section of the will.

Fourth: I give and bequeath all the residue of my property to my following children: John Malcolm, William Malcolm, Mathew Malcolm, Margaret Yeaney and Janet Davidson, same being all of my said children, and said sum to be divided equally among them, share and share alike.

Fifth: I further direct in the sale of said real estate for the purpose of distribution, my residence in Oak Hill, Kansas, is not included, but that I have heretofore deeded same to my daughters, Margaret Yeaney and Janet Davidson, said deed being held in the Oak Hill State Bank, to be delivered to them at my death, and said deed is given in consideration and in full for any and all sercives which have been heretofore and may be hereafter rendered by said daughters for me and for whatever they may furnish me during my lifetime.

Sixth: I appoint Albert Rector sole executor of the my last will and testament.

In witness whereof, I, Sarah Malcolm, have to this my last will and testament subscribed my name at Clay Center, Kansas, this 11th day of November, 1915.
