ANNIE R. STILLINGS, (Annie Deer, daughter of John C. and Carrie Annie Reaves Deer. She was born in Atmore, Al. She was 5 years old when her mother died. John Washington Reaves and his 2nd adopted her. Wife, Dovie Haycock Reaves. She married Harris Eugene Stillings of Monroe County. They had two daughters, Mrs. Alice Dovie Phillips, and Mrs. Mary Annie Morgan of Montgomery. She had about 8 or 9 brothers and sisters

JAMES W. DAVIS, He died on the farm of Mrs. Eola Reaves (J.W.) Bryars. Had a son named Bobby. (One Jas. W. Davis married L. M. Millard on Sept. 14, 1866; Clarke County marriage records Vol. 3, pg. 32. William A. Davis was on Blacks Bluff voting list in 1924.

MARY L. JORDAN, She was born January 15, 1881 – Mary Rebecca Lambrecht. This is recorded in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church in Selma. She was baptized in Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Parish (Camden) on May 8, 1881. She was the daughter of John Godfrey Lambrecht Sr. and his wife Mary Laffler Lambrecht. Mary Rebecca Lambrecht and Hill Jordan (Henry Milton Jordan) were married June 9, 1904, by J. W. Henson, Minister. Recorded Wilcox Co. marriage records, Vol. 12, pg. 334)

SIMON LAMBRECHT (MEMORY), He was a member of CSA, Co. D., 3rd. Regt. Alabama Cavalry. He was the brother of John G. Lambrecht Sr. He was buried in King – Lambrecht Cemetery, Lower Peach Tree, Al. This cemetery is now abandoned. Stone placed in his memory.

Infantry, later with Co. A 4th. Ala. Regt. Alabama Cavalry. He married Mary Laffler Jan. 16, 1870, Wilcox Co. marriage records, Vol. 8, pg. 174. He was married by Jno. J. O. Leary, Catholic Priest, Catholic Church, Camden, Al. Records from Catholic Parish, 8943 Babenhausen, West Germany, dated 4 Feb. 1873.

JOHN W. REAVES, He was the son of James L. and Sarah S. Vinson Reaves. His 1st marriage was to Eugenia A. Sessions. His 2nd. Marriage was to Dovie A. Haycock. 31 Jan 1893. He was a Confederate Soldier, Pvt. Co. A 13th Ala. Infantry. The following story was told by Mrs. Minnie Reaves McIntosh: John W. Reaves was ploughing near his home one day when he heard the sound of drums and the sound of marching men. He realized at once that what he heard was a Company of men of the Confederate Forces of America, on their way to join with other forces. He tied the mule (horse) to a tree or fence post and without saying a word to his family he joined the Confederate Army.

ROBERT FARISH “BOB” MCINTOSH< He was the son of Neil Watkins and Catherine Eleanor Vaughn McIntosh. He was known as “Uncle Bob” by all. When he was 9 months old, his mother placed him on a quilt on the porch while she went to the spring for water. When she returned she found him very ill and with high fever. He was left paralyzed from this illness. He lived with his sister Maggie McIntosh Thompson and her husband Samuel Ross Thompson, Sr.

BETTY C. REAVES, 68, of Camden, died Tuesday February 17, 2004.
Graveside services were held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, February 21, at Reaves Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Ron Lee officiating and Dunklin-Herndon Funeral Home directing. 
Her husband LABAN ORAM REAVES preceded her in death. 
Survivors include her sons, Mitchell James Martin (Martia) of Grand Bay, Al. and Kenneth W. Reaves (Alison) of Meshoppen, PA.; daughters, Sherrill Thomas (Howard) of Montgomery, Al., and Susan McGuinnes (Brian) of Round Hill, Va.; seven grandchildren; three sisters, Hilda Beltz, Dorothy Melvin (Jack) and Helen Pugh (Roy).

DAN STARKE ALBRITTONN, III 24, a Georgia Gulf employee, died in an automobile accident on February 22, 2004 in Hinds County Mississippi. The funeral was held on Tuesday February 24, 2004 at 10:00 am at the Crystal Springs MS. United Methodist Church with burial at 4:30 PM, in the Reaves Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. Albritton was a native of Opelika, AL. He was a graduate of Copiah Academy and attended Hind Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and a member of the Crystal Springs United Methodist Church.
Survivors include: Parents: Starke and Sharon Albritton Jr. of Crystal Springs; Sister: Valerie Elaine Albritton of Crystal Springs; Paternal Grandparents: Dan S. and Alice Lee (Dobson) Albritton, Sr. of Camden, Al. Maternal Grandmother: myrtle Burkett Stinson of Greenville, Al. Nephew: Scott Lifer of Hattiesburg, Ms.

MARGARET ANN TAIT WILSON, Born may 5, 1937, died November 6, 2004 at the age of 67. She died from complication of Leukemia, at West Florida Hospital in Pensacola, Fl. The Funeral was held at 2:00pm. Tuesday November 9, 2004 from Gullet’s Bluff Church.
