Pfc. Jack L. Restifo
Funeral services for Pfc. Jack L. Restifo, Rossiter soldier, whose body arrived today, will be held in the St. Frances Roman Catholic Church,Rossiter, Monday morning at 9:00 o'clock, with b u r i a l in Calvary Cemetery, Punxsutawney. The Rev.A. L. Zwolinski will officiate, and the Seger-Baun American Legion Post of Rossiter, will have charge of military rites. Pfc. Restifo, son of Guy and Maggie (Irato) Restifo, born May 13, 1923 was a life-long resident of Rossiter until his entry in the U. S. Army, March 23, 1943. He was killed in action October 30, 1944. Surviving are his parents and three sisters: Nancy, Angeline, and Frances Restifo, all at home. Friends will be received in the home this evening until time of the services on Monday.
