Pleasant Home Mount Pleasant, Feb 4 Mrs. Wood Brandon, 84, a pioneer of Mt. Pleasant, died here Saturday. She was the daughter of Elisha and Anna Wilcox and was born in Missouri in 1843. She came to Utah with her parents when she was a small girl. She was married to Wood W. Brandon in Pleasant Grove in 1860 and to them were born twelve children, seven of whom survive, namely: Wood Brandon, Elisha Brandon, Mrs. Kizzie Rosenlof of Mt. Pleasnt, George Brandon of Castle Dale, Tom Brandon of Boneta, Dick Brandon of Hiawatha, and Mrs. Eva Nielson of Salt Lake City. Margaretta "Margaret" WILCOX and Wilford Woodruff BRANDON were married on 5 October 1858 in Mount Pleasant, Sanpete County, Utah. Wilford Woodruff BRANDON was born on 16 July 1837 in Henry County, Tennessee. He died on 24 February 1900 at the age of 62 in Mount Pleasant, Sanpete County, Utah.
