The transcript of the family Bible which belonged to Isaac gives his name as Isaac Overton Perkins.
In 1850 Census in Fluvanna Co. Living next door was Mary M. Perkins, likely a 42 year old widow, with a 7 year old daughter named Virginia. I do not have spouses for Isaac's older brothers John or Grief who were both deceased before 1850 - the other brothers were not married to a Mary.

Isaac Otey PERKINS and Sally Ann BOWLES were married on 10 February 1825 in Goochland County, Virginia.^1,31 Sally Ann BOWLES, daughter of Richard C. BOWLES and Elizabeth W. PLEASANTS, was born on 13 April 1807.¹⁶ She died on 24 September 1829 at the age of 22.¹⁶
