Chowan Co NC Deed Book C #1, p.271 Nathaniel Holley and Jean my to wife to Benjamin McKinnea. 16 Mar 1720/21. 50 acres on the south side of Morattoke River joining Michael's Meadow and William Jones. Wit: John Gray, Richard Jackson, Gideon Gibson. Reg. 22 Aug 1722.

Bertie Co NC, Deed Book B, p.108 10 May 1725. Richard Jackson & wife Sarah to Barnabe McKinne. 220 acres adj William Brown and Benjamin McKinnie.

Edgecombe Co NC, Deed Book 1, p.132 22 Sep 1734 Benjamin McKinnie to my uncle Barnaby McKinnie. 50 acres on south side of Moratock river in Caledonia Neck, part of a survey made for William Brown and lapsed for want of seating and planting; since became due to Barnaby McKinnie 30 Jul 1726.
