Descendants give his name as Harvey Alexander Comstock - apparently named for his uncle of that name.

Sometime between 1880 and 1894 they moved to Indian Territory [Oklahoma] and lived in Salina in what is now Mayes Co, OK. Harvey is in the 1910 and 1920 censuses in Saline Twp in Mayes Co. - Emily apparently having died before 1920.

Harvey Alexander COMSTOCK and Emily M. WEBB were married on 22 February 1877 in Ottawa, Franklin County, Kansas.²⁸⁸ Emily M. WEBB^287,288,289 was born in 1858 in Missouri.^288,289 She died after 1910 at the age of 52.

Although a later census claims Emily was born in October of 1860 - she was already two years old in 1860.

Emily's parents were Ellis and Elizabeth Webb. The 1880 census states that her father was born in Alabama, her mother in Tennessee. Her mother Elizabeth Webb, age 61, was living with Emily & Harvey. "Emma" was listed as wife of Harvey A. Comstock in 1910 - they had been married 30 years and had 9 children, 6 of whom were living in 1910.

Arkansas Died 11 Feb 1926 - Jerico, MO (on Ancestry - I found no Missouri death certificate) There is a Jerico Springs in Cedar Co MO; a Jerico in Wright Co. Perhaps he died elsewhere but was buried in Missouri.
