His family did live in Franklin Co for the remainder of their lives. Benjamin Isaac HIGGINBOTHAM and Catherine VANZANDT were married about 1832 in Franklin County, Tennessee. Catherine VANZANDT was born on 16 October 1807 in Rutherford County, North Carolina. She died in 1876 at the age of 69 in Franklin County, Tennessee. Daughter of Isaac and Mary (Smith) VanZandt.
