3 May 1844 Anderson W. Davis, Henry H. Davis, John R. Campbell & John A Hunter's bond. Sale of the real estate of John D. Davis, deceased made by the Orphans Court on application of A. W. & Henry H. Davis, administrator's of the estate, for the sum of $4800.00. Proceeds to be applied according to law. Rec. 9 Aug 1844.

Jan Term 1844. Henry Davis and wife, Mary T., sued the heirs of Thomas A. Gardner for division of his estate. Mary T. was formerly Mary T. Gardner.

Found in Clark Co AR, in 1850, living next to his brother William W. and his family. Elisha Davis, age 55, his uncle, was also in his household.
