His year of birth is given as 1841 on his grave marker, but that doesn't agree with the census records. In 1850 he was age 2, in 1860 he was age 12.

FindAGrave.com says she was the wife of Andrew Jack Higginbotham, but I believe that name is wrong - he was James in the 1850 and 1860 censuses when home with his parents.
