James Crawford Lansford of 2234 Fairmont was dead on arrival at a hospital Tuesday night after an apparent heart attack. He was owner of Fort Worth Barber Supply, 1309 Houston, and had lived in Fort Worth since 1927. He was native of Cooksville, Tenn. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Jack Lansford of Fort Worth and Capt. Billy J. Lansford with the Air Force in Austin; two brothers, Emmett Lansford of Clovis, NM, and Wesley Lansford of Whitewright; a sister, Mrs. Ava Dillard o Oklahoma, and two grandchildren. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Gause-Ware.

Son Jack C. Lansford was born 19 May 1915, Greenville, Hunt Co, TX and died 19 March 1991. Social Security record lists parents as Jack C. Lansford and Alice B. Downing.
