99. Palestine GABBARD was born on 11 February 1853 in Madison County, Kentucky.^25,26 He died on 12 March 1928 at the age of 75 in Kentucky.⁴

Palestine GABBARD and Rachel MCCOLLUM were married on 15 March 1872 in Jackson County, Kentucky. Rachel MCCOLLUM, daughter of David MCCOLLUM and Dolly Perlina ROBINSON, was born on 6 March 1853 in Kentucky. She died on 19 October 1949 at the age of 96.⁴⁴
