25. Nancy Jane HARRISON was born on 31 January 1822 in Estill County, Kentucky.²² She died on 15 April 1858 at the age of 36 in Jackson County, Kentucky.¹¹

Kentucky Death Record. Nancy Lakes died 15 Apr 1858, Jackson Co, KY, age 37, of a fever. Her father was Elisha Harrison. She was born in Madison County.

Buried Greenbury Hall Cemetery, Galveston, Floyd Co, KY, according to Find A Grave Memorial# 94333541. There is no photo of a grave and this seems a bit unusual for her resting place. Mostly Halls are buried in this cemetery and she had no connection to this family or to Floyd Co. She is also said to have died in Mason Co which is wrong, as well.

Greenbury is buried Green B. Lakes Cemetery, Wind Cave, Jackson Co. He did remarry after the death of Nancy.

Nancy Jane HARRISON and Greenberry LAKES were married on 31 January 1839 in Estill County, Kentucky.^4,19 Greenberry LAKES^19,29, son of Carter LAKES and Eady SKINNER, was born in October 1823 in Kentucky.^19,29 He died in 1903 at the age of 80 in Jackson County, Kentucky.

Found in 1850 Estill Co Census as "Green Lax". Carter "Lax" in same Census.
If the marriage to Charlotte took place in 1860, it would appear that Nancy, Annis, & Malinda were also children of the first wife.]

The 1880 Jackson Co Census abstract shows two young children, Ollie age 7 & Gentry age 4, as being implied children of Green & Charlotte. In 1900, Gentry will appear as a grandson.

There are two memorials for Greenberry on FindAGrave - as there are for several of the Jackson County residents. Both list him as buried Green B. Lakes Cemetery, Wind Cave, Jackson Co.
One has a picture of his marker - b. 31 Oct 1820, died 1903, father of Malinda Lakes Isaacs. - the stone appears to be newer than the death indicates.
The other listing has Oct 1823 - 1870. A much earlier death - no photo provided - obviously incorrect.

Kentucky Death Certificate #10214. Delilah Lakes died in Jackson Co, KY, 5 Apr 1921 of acute recurrent endocarditis - she also had tuberculosis. Born 5 Mar 1845, in Kentucky, age 76 and widowed. Her father was Green B. Lakes; her mother Nancy A. Harrison, both born in Kentucky. I. S. Fowler of Wind Cave, KY was the informant. Andrew Lakes died after Jul 1884 before the 1900 Federal Census as his wife Delilah Lakes was listed as widowed head of household living with 5 of their children, a son-in-law and grandson. Believe Andrew B Lakes may be buried with his wife Delilah Lakes in the Lakes Cemetery Wind Cave Jackson County Kentucky, USA. There were six known Children born in this marriage: 1.
