Fannie ROMANE and James Crissman BUCKLES were married on 28 September 1899. James Crissman BUCKLES⁷ was born on 25 July 1866 in Paintlick, Virginia. He died on 25 January 1946 at the age of 79 in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma.
