Born 7 Jun 1888, she was 55 years, 5 months, and 6 days old at death. She was born Ladonia, TX. Father was C. D. Casey, born Mississippi. Mother was Sidney Barbara Fry, born in Ladonia. The informant was Mrs. Delma Kyle. She was buried Ladonia, TX.

Myrtle Emily CASEY and Kidwell "Kidd" FOSTER were married in 1914.²²⁸ Kidwell "Kidd" FOSTER was born circa 1868. He died in 1938 at the age of 70 in Detroit, Red River County, Texas.²²⁸

The 1930 census indicates Kidwell was married prior to his marriage to Myrtle Casey.
An online database atWorldConnect has a first marriage to Josie Davenport, 22 Jul 1886, Union Co, MS. I have not seen his name anywhere other than Kid or Kidd.

The online database gives parents as Booker T. Foster, Jr. and Elizabeth Russell, who were married 29 Sep 1850, Pontotoc Co, MS. Booker Foster, born 1808 in GA, had previously been married to Sarah Nettles, 24 Dec 1824, Greene Co, GA; he died 3 Apr 1873 in Mississippi.

There is also a Texas Death Certificate #9255 for a boy Relyea Foster, born 11 Sept, 1901 and died 27 Apr 1916 of infection in Fannin Co. Father given as Kid Foster. He was buried New Harmony Cemetery.

Lived in Tulia, TX Texas Death Certificate #96725. Carl Durwood Foster died at the Swisher Memorial Hospital in Tulia, Swisher Co TX on Christmas Day, 1976. His residence was 304 S. Bowie in Tulia. He was born 25 Jan 1918 in Texas and was a carpenter. He was married. Father was Kidd Foster; mother was Myrtle Casey. Informant was Loberta Foster. He died of a myocardal infarction [heart attack]. Carl was buried Rose Hill Cemetery in Tulia.

Father was Kid Foster; mother was Myrtle Casey. Born 23 Nov 1920 and died 27 Apr 1958. The informant was the Chief Registrar at the VA Hosptial. He had an astrocytoma of the cerebellum for 5 years prior to his death. Buried Laurel Land Cemetery, Dallas.
