10. Amelia Elizabeth FREY was born on 2 June 1717 in Skippack, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.11,25 She was baptized on 6 May 1742 in Germantown, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.26 She died on 5 June 1781 at the age of 64 in Graceham, Frederick County, Maryland.8

Another source gives her birth as 2 Jun 1717, said to be in the Moravian records. If she was born in 1717, it's likely her sister, also an Elizabeth, was not.

On 19 Nov 1737, Frederick Leinbach signed the receipt for ten pounds from Jacob Fry for all legacies due unto "Amely Fry now being my wife". This was due from a deed dated 12 Oct 1732 when Anna & Heinrich had given their farm to Jacob.

She was baptized, 6 May 1742, five years after marriage by Count Zinzendorf (bishop), becoming related to the Moravian Church.

Amelia Elizabeth FREY and Fredrick LEINBACH were married on 2 June 1737.26 Fredrick LEINBACH4, son of Johannes LEINBACH and Anna Elizabeth KLEISS, was born on 15 July 1703 in Hockstadt, Wetteran, Germany.26 He immigrated on 11 September 1723 to Pennsylvania.26 He died on 1 July 1784 at the age of 80 in Frederick County, Maryland.2

Frederick & Amelia joined the Moravian Church in 1742 and were active in the Oley congregation. They had sixteen children: John, Henry, Jacob, Benjamin, Joseph, John [stillborn], Frederick, Daniel & Samuel [said to be twins but the baptisms indicate Frederick & Daniel were the twins], Elizabeth, Anna, Johanna, Maria, Magdalena, Rosina and Catharine.

The Leinbachs lived in Oley Twp, Berks Co PA, where he was a tailor until April of 1767 when they moved to Frederick Co, MD.
