7. John FREY² was born in 1703 in Roxborough, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.⁸ He died on 23 October 1766 at the age of 63 in Franconia Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.^2,8

John Frey of Franconia Township had a deed as early as 14 Nov 1723 for 150 acres. It's possible that he is older than indicated here as often the land was lived on for years before the warrant obtained. No record of earlier quitrents paid has been found.

Buried in the Mennonite Cemetery of Franconia, near Neiffer, Montgomery Co PA. Will written 10 Sep 1766 and probated 7 Nov of the same year, recorded Philadelphia, WB O, p.45

John FREY and Mary KEISLER were married.²¹ Mary KEISLER was born in 1707.²² She died on 31 August 1766 at the age of 59 in Perkiomen County, Pennsylvania.²

Mary's surname is also seen as Kaiser, Keysler, Keyser.

Mary's gravemarker has 1766; the published records of the Franconia Mennonite Cemetery have her as having died in 1746.
