Mr. & Mrs. Roy F. Apperson, 3512 Dartmouth, have announced the marriage of their daughter, Miss Mary Elizabeth Apperson, to William Franklin Haden Jr., son of Mr. & Mrs. William Franklin Haden of Ladonia.
The wedding took place Monday evening in Corsicana, with the Rev. W. R. Hall officiating. Miss Lois Black and her fiance, Jack Crossland, attended the couple.
The bride wore a brown and blue gabardine suit with a brown topcoat trimmed in fur and an orchid corsage. Mrs. Haden was graduated from Highland Park High School and attended TSCW and SMU. She is a member of Chi Omega sorority. Mr. Haden is a former student of the University of Texas. They will make their home in Dallas. Several parties are being planned for the bride, the dates of which will be announced later.

Funeral services for Will F. Haden Jr., 50, son of Mrs. Will Haden of Ladonia, were held Friday, Jan. 7, in Ladonia Baptist Church with the Rev. N. M. Vandegriff of Marshall conducing.
Burial in Ladonia Cemetery was under the direction of W. Y. Goff Funeral Home.
Pallbearers included Ebb Bartley, Ben Ed Fry, Roy Sheffield, Robert Joyner, Tom Cain, and Leon Hurst.
Mr. Haden, a certified public accountant, died suddently at his home in Seagoville on Jan. 5th, following a heart attack.
The son of Will F. and Florein Jones Haden was born Aug 1, 1915, at Ladonia. He was graduated from Ladonia High School and received the BA degree from Austin College at Sherman. He had been a CPA in the Dallas area for more than 20 years.
Mr. Haden was a member of Webb Chapel Presbyterian Church in Dallas. He had lived in Seagoville for the past two years.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son, Will Roy Haden of Austin, and a sister, Mrs. R. B. Marcum of Borger.

LADONIA - Miss Mary Elizabeth Apperson of Dallas, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy F. Apperson, and Will F. Haden, Jr., whose parents live here, were married Monday evening in Corsicana by the Rev. W. R. Hall. They are at home in Dallas where Mr. Haden is employed by Texas Light and Power Co.

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Haden, 48, a teacher at Thomas A. Edison Elementary School, died here Sunday.
Mrs. Haden was a native of McKinney, and had been a Dallas resident for 43 years. A graduate of Texas State College for Women in Denton, she also attended SMU.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday in Chapel Hills Presbyterian Church, with burial services at noon in the Odd Fellows cemetery in Ladonia, Fannin County.
A member of Chapel Hills Presbyterian Church, past president of the Dallas Council of English Teachers, and had taught at Dallas Public Schools for the last eight years.

Mrs. Haden is survived by her son; William Roy Haden of Austin, Texas.
