A Daughter is said to have married a Mr Isaac CARLING of Exeter (early edition of St Marys Argus, Dec 1865). {Marjorie Sparling has no knowledge of this girl-did the family cast this girl out-or did she die young?}
There was an Isaac Carling family that resided in Stephen, On in 1861 and 1871 but his wife Ann was alive in both Census. There was an Isaac Junior who would have been too young to be marrying in 1865. A widowed Jane Balkwill is staying with ththe Carling family in 1871 which might indicate some connection with the family of Samuel (Jn IV C 5)
