Petition to Ainslie: Petitioner, age 39, a native of New York, has lived in Cape Breton the past ten years. He is married and has three children. He drew land, but his brother obtained the title. He asks a lot at the Sugar Loaf, Cape North, County of Don, Parish of Anstruther. This lot was abandoned by George Carter who lives with his father at the Gut of Canso. Note: recommended. He asks confirmation of this lot and also a fishing lot at White Point. Note: approved.
