Mrs. Mary Knowles

DONNA - Mrs. Mary Knowles, 82, died Monday in Hermann Park Manor at Houston.

She had lived in Donna from 1936 to 1973 and had operated Thelma's Liquor Store for many years before moving to Houston. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in Highland Memorial Park. Sagmiller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Ruth Dean of Houston and Mrs. Marjorie Hepner of Harlingen; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
