Be it Remembered, That on this 24" day of December, A.D. 1833, the following Marriage License was issued, to-wit:

State of Indiana, Morgan County, ss:

TO ANY PERSON EMPOWERED BY LAW TO SOLEMNIZE MARRIAGES, GREETING:

You are hereby authorized to join together as Husband and Wife Jacob Givens and Polly Baker, and of this, together with your Certificate of Marriage, make due return, within three months, according to the laws of the State of Indiana.

Witness, H. R. Stevens, Clerk of our said Morgan Circuit Court, and the Seal thereof, affixed at the Clerk's Office in Martinsville, Indiana, this 24" day of December 1833.

State of Indiana, Morgan County, ss:

I, Geo. W. Baker, hereby certify that on the 25th day of December A.D. 1833, I duly joined in marriage Jacob Givens and Polly Baker, by authority of Law and a License from the Clerk of the Morgan Circuit Court.
