Nov & Dec 62 on det. services so reported to Feb'y 19/64. Mar & Apr & May & June 64 not on file July & Aug 64 Present. M/O. roll of detachment dated Sep 28/64 reports him Present & mustered out on that date. Roll of Det. of said Reg't for Nov & Dec 62 not on file. Roll from Feb 28/63 to June 30/63 Present and for Sep & Oct 63 same.

Sir:

I have the honor to return herewith your request for a report of hospital treatment in Claim No. 345,741, with such information as is furnished by the records filed in this Office, viz: that Priv. David Hepner, Co. D, 29" Ind. Inf. was admitted to G. H. Evansville, Ind. Dec. 12, 1863 with Chronic Diarrhoea, and returned to duty Jan'y. 26, 1864

It is requested that the designations of the hospitals at Nashville, Tenn. and Indianapolis, Ind. be furnished, if possible, and the case returned for further examination.

No records bearing upon this inquiry, of Bridgeport, Ala., nor of the Regiment on file
