In the matter of Pension Claim under Certificate No. 32038 of Elizabeth A. Bowlin widow of Christopher Bowlin late Co. (B) 67 Regt.

Personally came before me, a Notary Public in and for aforesaid County and State Benoni Denney, aged 85 years, a citizen of the Town of Paragon, County of Morgan State of Indiana, well known to me to be reputable and entitled to credit, and who being duly sworn, declares in relation to aforesaid case as follows:

That he is well acquainted with the family of Elizabeth A. Bowlin and has been for Thirty Years or more. And knows her daughter Mary A. Bowlin, and Knows from personal observation that she is blind, and afflicted otherwise so that she does not walk without the aid of some person to lead her, and that I Know she has been in this condition for Thirty Years or more

He further declares that he has no interest in said case, and is not concerned in its prosecution, and is not related to said applicant.
