Relative to your application for participation in the Eastern Cherokee judgement, kindly advise this office at once if your minor child, Youngbird Snell, as given in your supplemental application, was enrolled by the Dawes Commission. If so, under what name and number? Is Budd Snell and Youngbird Snell one and the same person? An early reply will be appreciated, and in answering refer to # 16987 ½ J.E. T.
