Samuel Aboyoun

 

Samuel Aboyoun, 71, of Clifton died Friday. Born in Paterson, he lived the past 45 years in Clifton. Mr. Aboyoun was a machinist for Morrison Machine Co. for 33 years, retiring in 1985. He was a World War II Navy Veteran.  He was a past commander of Disabled American Veterans Post 2, Clifton. Mr. Aboyoun also was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7165, Clifton.  He was a parishioner of St. Brendan's R.C. Church, Clifton.

 

Survivors include his wife, the former Frances Brocaglia; a son, Charles of Middletown, R.I.; a daughter, Lorraine Aboyoun of Naples, Fla; two sisters, Joan Aboyoun and Lynn Snihur, both of North Miami, Fla; three brothers, Ned of Plant City, Fla;, Edward of Paterson and Monroe of Wayne; and two grandchildren.

 

Services are 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Marrocco Memorial Chapel, 326 Parker Ave., Clifton, and 10 a.m. at St. Brendan's Church.  Aboyoun - Samuel of Clifton, on Feb. 7, 1992. Beloved husband of Frances ( Barocaglia ). Dear father of Charles and Lorraine; Grandfather of Tara and Charles Jr., Brother of Ned, Edward, Monroe, Joan and Lynn Snihur.  Rest is the same as above except that it mentions internment at Calvary Cemetery.
