Of note as far as my Irish research is concerned, there is a Mathew Coffey in the Townland of Ballina who is listed as a Linen and Woollen (sic) Draper and Haberdasher just like the Brennan Company and a Painter/Glazier, Mathew Corcoran in Ballina as well (these are 2 major Surnames in my family tree). There is a Martin Coffy in the Townland of Westport as well.
