By Phillips & Hart (1976)

This is a bicentenial project for the Captain Jacob Warrick Chapter of the DAR. What is listed here are Revolution soldiers and patriots that are buried in Warrick and some of their descendents. As many as 2,000 or more descendents are listed for some of those below. Though extensive, these works do not cover all of the descendents of the main people. Two locations of this set that I know of are... The Boonville Public Library in Boonville, Warrick Co, and Willard Library in Evansville, Vanderburgh Co., IN

Combined Index of the Family and Bible Records Housed in the Boonville LibraryVols. 1-14

Houston & Trillich

When the DAR was doing their above project they asked for family and bible records that were available. When finished there were fourteen volumes of these records in book form. Recently the index has been completed and is in the Boonville Library along with the records books. This index is where you want to look first. A rough estimate says there are over 10,000 individuals listed and I would also say closer to 15,000. These records were transcribed from the original bibles and other records loaned to the DAR for their project. The information is sometimes no more than the mention of the person but you won't know what you can find until you look.
