Thomas F. Yocum,
40, of Newport Beach CA, formerly of South Bend, died at 9:20pm
Saturday in Western Medical Center, Santa Ana, CA, after an
illness. Mr. Yocum was a sales representative for three
years for Custom Building Project, Seal Beach CA.
He was born October
1, 1952, in South Bend and lived in California since 1990. On
June 11, 1977, in Phoenix, he married Mary Smith. She
survives with his mother, Larraine Yocum of South Bend; three
sisters, Melanie Sulok and Cynthia Pankin, both of Mishawaka, and
Christine Yocum of South Bend; a brother, Patrick of Clinton IL;
and a maternal grandmother, Cecelia O’Meara of South Bend.
He was a graduate
of St Joseph’s High School and Arizona State University and
former member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
Services will be
at noon Monday in Christ the King Catholic Church. Burial
will be in Southlawn Cemetery.

from 5 to 8pm Sunday in Hickey Funeral Home, 17131 Cleveland Road.
