Richard G. Yandl (Oct. 17, 1942-Aug. 13, 1995)

SOUTH BEND - Richard G. Yandl, 52, of Rockville, Ind., formerly of South Bend, died at 8:25 p.m. Sunday at the home of a friend on U.S. 20 after an illness. Mr. Yandl was a self-employed farmer. He was born Oct. 17, 1942, in South Bend. On April 19, 1988, in Nashville, Tenn., he married Barbara J. Keyser. She survives with seven daughters, Tina Smith and Rebecca Yandl, both of Mishawaka, Carol Yandl, April Sagendorf, and Tracy Baumgartner, all of South Bend, and Pamela Yandl and Margeorie Yandl, both of Rockville; a son, Richard W. of Rockville; two stepsons, Richard D. Fisher of Fairland, Ind., and Daniel E. Fisher of Rockville; seven grandchildren; two step-grandsons; his mother, Pauline Helling Yandl of South Bend; a sister, Beverly Green of South Bend; and a brother, George A. of Painesdale, Mich.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Hickey Funeral Home, 17131 Cleveland Road. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. today in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
