MISHAWAKA - Theodore L. ''Ted'' Wolter, 89, of Countryside Place, formerly of Eastgate Circle, died at 2:10 p.m. Saturday in Countryside Place. Mr. Wolter was a carpenter and mill worker for Indiana Lumber Co., South Bend, and had retired from Hass Wholesale Co., South Bend. He was born Dec. 8, 1904, in South Bend.

 

On June 13, 1953, in Mishawaka, he married Leota Allison. She preceded him in death. Surviving are two daughters, Susie Wade of Mishawaka and Rebecca Hummel of South Bend; two sons, Hobbie Allison and Jerry Allison, both of Mishawaka; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Naomy Houk of Texas and Dorothy Gastola of California; and a brother, Richard of Florida. He was a member of Independent Order of Odd Fellows Lodge 29.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in Hahn Funeral Home, where other arrangements are pending.
