SOUTH BEND - Frances Joan Wilson, 70, passed away Sunday. She leaves to mourn her loving memories four sons, Ivan Wilson, Jaime Grayson and Otis Renaldo Wilson, and Steven Mark Reeves; her mother, Frances Carter; three brothers, Thomas Carter, Ronald Carter and Gregory Carter; and a sister, Sheryl Carter Negash. Visitation services will be held on Thursday in the Clark-O'Neal Funeral Home Inc., from 6 - 8 p.m. Funeral services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in the New Bethel Tabernacle.
