SOUTH BEND - Mac Arthur Williams, 47, of 1634 Florence Ave., died at 12:05 a.m. Saturday in Memorial Hospital after an illness. Mr. Williams was employed by Northern Indiana Public Service Co. in construction for 22 years. He was born Jan. 15, 1946, in Marvel, Ark., and lived in South Bend for 25 years, coming from Chicago. He is survived by two daughters, Ann Bruner of Tulsa, Okla., and Michelle Williams of South Bend; a son, Michael of Indianapolis; five grandchildren; his parents, Bertha and Archie Williams of Chicago; and three brothers, Maurice of South Bend, Joseph L. of Dolton, Ill., and Thomas E. of Cairo, Ill.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Faith Christian Center. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in Alford's Mortuary.
