SOUTH BEND - Jerome Franklin "Jerry" Williams, 48, passed away July 16th in Memorial Hospital. Survivors include his mother, Deloris Zeigert-Williams, Russworm; three brothers, James F. Williams, Joe Williams and Jeff Williams; a half brother, Bart Williams; three stepbrothers and two stepsisters, all of South Bend. He was preceded in death by his father, James Elvis Williams on Jan. 12, 2001; a brother, John F. Williams on Nov 24, 2004; a stepfather, Richard H. Russworm on August 9, 2004. Jerry lived in the South Bend-Mishawaka area all his life. He was diabetic, and had lot of problems through his short life.

The McGann Hay, University Chapel, is handling arrangements. There will be no visitation. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
