Mrs. Beadie V. Williams

February 22, 1913December 21, 1961

 

Funeral services for Mrs Beadie Viola Williams, 48, of 710 W. Monroe St, who died at 2:30am Thursday in Memorial Hospital, will be at 1:30pm Wednesday in the St Paul Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. D. T. Tate officiating.  Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.

 

Mrs. Williams was born in Jackson TN, February 22, 1913.  She lived in South Bend for 17 years, coming here from Jackson.  She was married to Robert F. Williams in 1931 in Jackson.  He survives.  She was a housewife, and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.  Also surviving are her mother, Mrs. Artisa Butler of South Bend; four sisters, Mrs. Janie Bragg, Mrs. A. Williams, Mrs. Andy Alford and Liza Butler, all of South Bend; and two brothers, Jean Butler and Clyde Butler, both of South Bend.

 

Friends may call after 7pm Tuesday in the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home.

Friends may call from 7 to 10pm today in the Walsh-Bilancio Colonial Chapel, 624 N. Notre Dame Avenue.

 

Pallbearers will be Booker Curtindolph, L.C. Love, Albert Boldes, S. L. Andrews, Edward Agnew, W. E. Turner and Charles Bryant.

 

Honorary pallbearers will be members of the church’s Missionary Society.  Among Mrs. Williams survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Minnie Jackson; a sister, Mrs. Amanda Alford and a brother, Eugene Butler, all of South Bend.
