C. Arthur Wilkerson

C. Arthur Wilkerson, 72, of Lake Wells, Fla., formerly of Walkerton, died at 1:45 p.m. Monday in winter Haven, Fla., after an extended illness. He was a retired tool and die engineer. Born Feb. 28, 1899, in Allen County, he had lived in Florida two years after leaving Walkerton. On Nov. 7, 1963, me married Fern Irby, who survives along with a daughter Mrs. Milton Anderson of Rogers, Ark.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are two stepchildren and a brother, William of Fort Wayne. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Nusbaum-Elkins Funeral Home, Walkerton. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday in the First United Presbyterian church, Walkerton, with Rev. Ken Bergner, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Mr. Wilkerson was a member of the Walkerton First United Presbyterian Church, where friends may call an hour prior to services Friday.
