Emil Weinkauf

Emil Weinkauf, of San Pierre, Ind., died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Chester Nelson, 612 East Battell street, Thursday afternoon at 4 o’clock as a result of complications following an illness of a year and a half. 

Mr. Weinkauf was born in Hanna, Ind., Nov. 4, 1870 and was 51 years old.  He married Miss Mary Krueger, of Francesville, Ind., June 10, 1896 and lived in San Pierre all of his life.  His occupation was farming.

He leaves, besides his wife, four children, Mrs. Chester Nelson, at whose home he died; Vernon, at Hamlet, Ind., Julia and Lester, at home; and one sister and two brothers, Mrs. Henry A. Smith, of Knox, Ind.; Fred J., of San Pierre, Ind.; Sam N., of Kensal, N.D.

Funeral services will be held at San Pierre, Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock, at the Evangelical church, Rev. J. W. Feller, pastor, officiating.
