Harry L. Webb

Harry L. Webb, 76, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away at 6:20 p.m. Friday, October 27, 2006, in his residence. Harry was born to Oris and Helen (Sossoman) Webb on April 30, 1930, in Mishawaka. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Harry married the former Emogene Schalliol in February 1950 in Mishawaka. Emogene passed away in August 1970. Harry is survived by two daughters, Susan (John) Burgess and Sandra Martinez, both of Mishawaka; and a son, Stephen (Jennifer) Webb of Edwardsburg, MI. Harry is also survived by two brothers, Gene (Barbara) Webb of North Carolina and Roy (Audrey) Webb of South Bend. Harry was a loving grandfather to 13 grandchildren, a great-grandfather to 27 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandfather to three great-great-grandchildren. Harry was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jeanelle Burgess in 1979; a great-granddaughter, Allie McGee; and by two sisters, Gloria Paluzzi and Lois Boomhower.

Harry served his country in the United States Army, receiving an honorable discharge in 1948.
Harry had retired from Hess Manufacturing as a design engineer.

Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, November 1st, and one hour prior to the service in the Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka. The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Olive Cemetery in Wakarusa, Indiana.
