Mishawaka – Mrs. Margaret Trippel, 76, of 503 E. 14th, died at 7:15 a.m. today is St. Joseph Hospital after a five-day illness.

 

She was born her on Aug. 20, 1903 and lived here all her life.

 

As Margaret Deitchley, she married Carl Trippel in St. Joseph’s Church on Aug. 17, 1926. He survives.

 

Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Cyril (Irene) DeVleiger of Mishawaka; five sons, Thomas, Edward, Paul and Raymond of Mishawaka, and William of Haddon Heights, N.j.; 24 grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Helen Mangus of Edwardsburg, and a brother Francis of Mishawaka.

 

Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home, where the rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday.

 

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph’s Church. Rev. Robert Hoevel, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery here.

 

Mrs. Trippel was a member of St. Joseph’s parish, he Rosary Society and the Harvest House.
