Gaston Thomas: (South Bend Tribune 5/11/1979)

Gaston (Keystone) Thomas, 67, of 814 S. Camden, died at 5:30 p.m. Thursday in his home after an extended illness. He was retired from the M.B. Skinner Co. He was born on Dec. 7, 1911, in South Bend and lived here all his life. On Feb. 10, 1934, in South Bend, he married Theresa H. Golubski, who survives. Also surviving is a sister, Mrs. Lena Talboom of South Bend. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Adalbert’s Catholic Church. Rev. Eugene Kaczmierczak, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from noon until 9 p.m. Sunday in the St. Joseph Funeral Home. He was a member of St. Adalbert’s Harvest House.
