Alvin H. Tebo, 66, of 53371 N. Ironwood Drive, died in
Memorial Hospital after an illness of two months. He was a
retired self-employed trucker. He was born on Sept 20, 1906 in
South Bend and had lived here all his life. On Aug. 25, 1927, in
South Bend, he married Clara Kincaid, who surives, along with a
son, Edgar A. of South Bend, four daughters, Mrs. Mary Simmerman
of Mishawaka, Mrs. Alice Haeb, Mrs. Janice Romine and Miss Joyce
Tebo, all of South Bend; 11 grandchildren, three
great-grandchildren and a brother, John of South Bend.
Friends may call after 7:00 p.m. today and after 1 p.m. Sunday in
the Orivs-Palmer Funeral Home and from noon to 1 p.m. Monday in
Community Congregational Church, where services will be held at 1
p.m Monday with Rev. L. Paul Harris, pastor, officating. Burial
will be in Salem Cemetery, LaPorte County.
