SOUTH BEND - Ruth A. Taylor, 60, of
West Edison Road, died at 10:15 p.m. Friday in Memorial Hospital
after an illness. Mrs. Taylor was born Feb. 18, 1936, in South
Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.
On Aug. 15, 1954, in Elkhart, as Ruth A.
Noens, she married William Taylor. He survives with two
daughters, Cynthia Roach and Leighann Stronminski,
both of South Bend; three sons, Greg L. of Mishawaka, Gary of
Phoenix and Ray of South Bend; six grandchildren; four sisters;
and one brother.
Private services will be held. Burial will
be Fairview Cemetery. There will be no visitation. St. Joseph
Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions
may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County.
