SOUTH BEND - Stanford C. Tallman Sr., 87, of Meridan Nursing Center-Cardinal, died Friday in St. Joseph's Medical Center. Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Saunders of Encinitas, Calif., and Judy Seppi of Channahon, Ill.; two sons, Jeffrey R. and Stanford C. "Chip" both of south Bend; a sister, Beatrice Skow and two brothers, Harold and Howard, all of Illinois. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Welsheimer Funeral Home North, 17033 Cleveland Road, where friends may call from 2 to 4  and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
